We offer a 7-night Challenge Roth tour package that includes your choice of 4-star or 5-star hotel accommodation in Nuremberg. Whether you prefer a quiet, leafy suburb 5 minutes from downtown, or you want to base in Old Town Nuremberg and have sightseeing, dining, and shopping at your doorstep, you’ll love the advantages of the 7-night tour. Arrive on Tuesday, July 1 and race refreshed!
All Challenge Roth tour packages will include access to purchase a guaranteed race entry, if you need one. (Race entry fee is 749 Euros ($815 USD) for 2025.
Enjoy access to swimming pools, scenic places to test out your bike or get in an easy run, and at just 25 minutes from Roth, it’s an ideal location to enjoy your race week. No need to rent a car, we provide your transfers for all Roth race week events.

What’s Included
ACCESS TO BUY Challenge Roth individual race entry. The race sells out in 40 seconds, so guarantee your start line conveniently through RaceQuest. All athletes in your group are guaranteed to get in!
PREMIUM ACCOMMODATIONS in Nuremberg for you and your guests. Choose Single, Double or Twin Share occupancy. A limited number of Family suites and Junior Suites are also available. All of our hotels feature deluxe, beautifully appointed rooms with plenty of space and amenities, plus gracious service from our hotel hosts.
EXPERIENCED TOUR LEADERS: Personal support from Roth-experienced guides who care about every aspect of your tour, your travel and the event. Our tour leaders have the expertise and critical local knowledge to assist you with your needs throughout the tour. Many have raced Challenge Roth, and all tour leaders have many years of Roth race tour experience.
ALL GROUND TRANSPORTATION: Leave the driving to us! We include round trip airport shuttles to the hotel from Munich airport, and all transportation to key race week activities.
DAILY BREAKFAST: Enjoy a full breakfast each day with hot and cold buffet options.
PRIVATE WELCOME PARTY: Held on Wednesday evening in Old Town Nuremberg, this is a favorite of past Roth travelers with Challenge Roth tour leaders and special guest speakers. (Exclusive to 7-night tour guests only.)
RACE COURSE ORIENTATION: We give you a detailed look at the swim course, transition, and we drive the bike course together (one lap) and show you the run course, highlighting key points along the way. Loaded with valuable information for race day.
BIKE & BAGS RETRIEVAL AFTER THE RACE: We transport your bike to T1 for check-in, and after the race we retrieve your bike and 2 gear bags from T2 and deliver them back to the hotel for you, saving your legs and giving you time to celebrate at the finish line!
PRO BIKE MECHANIC: You have priority access to our professional bike mechanics and you may also upgrade with the Pro Bike Service package at checkout for $195. This optional service includes bike assembly, any adjustments to get dialed in, safety check and re-packing of your bike after the race.
VIP RACE DAY: Spectators who are booked on any of the Challenge Roth tours will have access to a spectacular race day! We have our own spectator zone at the swim start with hot coffee, tea, and pastries, then we provide transportation in our new air conditioned motor coaches to several cheering areas on the race course. We also include drinks, fan “swag” and all-day stadium seating at the finish line. Many spectators on tour have told us the fun and convenience of their race day services was absolutely “worth the price of admission!”

This beloved 4* superior hotel gets rave reviews each year from our guests. Ten years on, it continues to serve as our Challenge Roth Tours headquarters. Just a 5-minute ride into Nuremberg’s pedestrian city center, this hotel location affords you a quiet sleep, spacious rooms with private balcony, full-size bathtubs with shower, and the convenience of a sauna, indoor pool, steam shower, and fitness center. Onsite restaurants and a lobby bar make it a hub of activity for the tour.
Walk to your choice of two local swimming pools (one is an 8-lane Olympic pool), take advantage of the huge green park with running and biking paths for your light training, and enjoy sightseeing, dining, grocery, pharmacy, bakery, and ATM all within walking distance. The staff here make it a favorite choice, as they know our athletes’ needs well and truly cater to our group. A secure bike room and pro mechanic are onsite. Redeveloped as a luxury hotel in 2016, the Park Plaza Nuremberg is a modern, elegant hotel next door to the Le Meridien Grand. As we are using both hotels for the tour, you will have access to the bike room in the Le Meridien and enjoy the convenience of the best dining, shopping and sightseeing opportunities of the Nuremberg pedestrian zone at your doorstep.

Terms and Conditions
All Challenge Roth Tour details are subject to change. Challenge Roth race entry is purchased in a separate transaction, online, from the race office, using the access code we provide to you. You are responsible for activating your personal code and link in order to register, typically a 72-hour time window. Challenge Roth governs the race entry. Individual race entry is 749 Euros.
IMPORTANT: Please be aware that after December 30, 2024 no changes or refunds will be made for any Challenge Roth tour, no exceptions. Travel insurance recommendations can be found below.
Interest-Free Payment Schedule
You may elect to make payments with our interest-free installment plan. We process your initial $750 per person deposit (non-refundable), and collect a second installment on July 1 of 50% of your remaining balance. A final balance is collected on September 30.
We can also customize a payment plan for you. All tour payments must be completed no later than December 1, 2024. All pricing stated is per person. Athletes and spectators are charged the same price, as you have access to the services, activities, tours and transfers, regardless of your racing status.
Airfare is not included, but we are happy to help you with complimentary air travel planning. Transaction fees for our credit card transactions will be collected in addition to stated tour fees. Protect Your Tour Investment
Please consider a travel insurance solution to fit your individual needs. We partner with World Nomads to offer several options to help you mitigate your risk of financial loss should you need to cancel your tour after December 30, 2024.
There are additional trip coverage plans out there that offer a “Cancel For Any Reason” (CFAR) addendum such as Seven Corners. It’s important to note that if you opt for a CFAR plan, this typically must be purchased within 20 days of your initial trip deposit, and will cover up to 75% of your trip expenses.
